Your best bet would probably be to ask Louis via Twitter (@PhilippeAuclair), or via the Contact form on his Bandcamp page.

I wish there was some kind of official Twitter or Instagram account - with the latest news and the possibility of interaction/community content. Currently there is only the semi-official Facebook page, which isn't very active anymore and doesn't have that direct "fans to creator" connection.
